South Korea's Employment Permit System (EPS) manages low-skilled foreign workers in specific industries (manufacturing, agriculture, fisheries, construction). The E-7 visa covers over 80 designated professional occupations including IT, engineering, research, and arts. Korean language proficiency (TOPIK) can strengthen E-7 applications. South Korea also has a Point-Based System for Skilled Foreign Workers.
